Jeff Rycroft, ARM, CRM

Jeff Rycroft, senior director of Risk Management, joined Express Services, Inc. in 1989. In his position, he oversees the department’s efforts to reduce costs associated with workers’ compensation and unemployment filings. By achieving this, he helps Express Employment Professionals’ franchisees experience greater profitability and success. He also provides risk, insurance and safety management expertise, program development, and training to 600 Express staffing offices and their clients in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, he lectures, trains and consults through HR seminars.

Jeff’s primary focus is allocating the cost of workers’ compensation claims back to franchisees, maintaining workers’ compensation and liability insurance for franchisees and associates, and increasing the gross margin for franchisees through Risk Management best practices.

With nearly two decades of experience, Jeff’s areas of expertise include:

• Identifying best practices to control risks
• Support and protection for franchisees
• Design of comprehensive risk programs
• Liability claim management techniques
• Workers’ compensation loss analysis and claims management
• Liability claim management techniques

Since joining Express, Rycroft has served in a variety of capacities, and most recently as an unemployment and liability insurance manager and director of Risk Management. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University. He also holds an Associate’s in Risk Management (ARM) designation and has fulfilled his requirements as a Certified Risk Manager.
